Returns & Exchanges

At Omega Amsterdam, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Ship to Amsterdam

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
